Smart Agro Hub S.A is a competence centre in the field of smart farming and agrifood sustainability running as an independent entity (private company) in which the Agricultural University of Athens in Greece and twelve private companies, engaged in information and automation technologies, digital and energy systems, smart farming technologies, circular agriculture have joined forces. It is a relatively new and fast-growing Competence Centre with highly qualified and motivated young scientists supported by a modern infrastructure (networking, computing, experimental facilities). Smart Agro Hub has full-fledged division and expertise on project management, capacity building, market linkage and stakeholders’ involvement. Due to consolidated relationships with the local agricultural ecosystem of farmers, greenhouses / vertical farms owners, agronomists, agricultural research centers, companies and service providers operating in this domain, Smart Agro Hub is capable to offer consulting services and technological solutions devoted to digitalization of agricultural processes.
Vesela Motika ltd is a private company focused on green/agro deep tech research, development and implementation of solutions to various clients. We are organised as a one node in the innovation network of similar smaller companies with very narrow expertise in the green/agro tech domain. Vesela Motika primary expertise is in novel green/agro tech solution implementation, vertical farming and green walls and roofs. Vesela Motika develops a Short Food Supply Chain Platform, IoT solution which is used in various projects, running a vertical farm in the underground of one of the most popular Zagreb, Croatia farmers market.
ETMI collaborate with experts in the field of environment, territory, and other related fields to promote environmental territorial management at regional, national and international level in accordance with modern sustainable development standards. The staff of the organization come from environmental backgrounds where water, energy, food, and climate are the key themes of our work. Our aim is to capitalize the project by collaborating with young people, cities, private sector, universities. The core themes are green energy, climate and de-carbonization, circular economy, tourism and agriculture.
Vocational education training school “Charles Telford Erickson” was founded in 1925 by the American missionary Charles Telford Erickson. Our school offers three main directions of study; Agriculture, with its profile Agrotourism, structure 2+1+1; Economy – Business, with its profile Accounting, structure 2+2; Veterinary with a 4 – year block structure of study. Our school has an infrastructure with European standards suitable eve for persons with different abilities. The total number of employees is 30, consisting of 15 teachers and 15 employees of supporting staff.
Plantadjun LTD is based on the promotion of the concept of urban gardens and sustainable agriculture, as well as the promotion of the participation of citizens from urban areas in agricultural production as one of the most promising branches of production in Montenegro. “Plantadjun” is an initiative that deals with the development of urban gardens and the promotion of agriculture. The Ministry of Science of Montenegro approved the financing of the project as part of the “Competition for awarding grants for innovative projects”.
Racc Educo is an organizer of VET education with the aim of realizing the right of adults to professional education and training. Racc Educo was founded in 2016 as a response to the needs of the labor market, in such a way that defined the offer of VET education programs through the required occupations, which is the knowledge and skills needed for faster development, not only in the economic, but also in the public sector. Racc Educo operates according to license issued by the Ministry of Education and is the first licensed organizer of VET education in Bar, Montenegro.
Center for Youth Education (CEM) is the most active CSO in Central Bosnia, aimed to developing the entrepreneurial spirit, empowering, supporting and motivating young people to develop their business ideas, making them profitable, so they can make their living and employ other people. Our programs directly involve around 2,000 young people, and the number of indirect beneficiaries is over 20,000 annually. n 2018. Center for Youth Education started the first business incubator in Travnik, called BeeZone Business Incubator, aimed to create a stimulative environment for young entrepreneurs, provide them with the opportunity to have access to a workplace, education, funds, and mentorship. So far, the incubator produced 36 small business, through different programs, with 56 people employed.
