„Racc Educo was founded as a response to the needs of the labor market, in the way that it defined the offer of adult education programs through the sought occupations , i.e. knowledge and skills, necessary for faster development, not only in the economic, but also in the public sector. Education, along with work, or lifelong learning is one of the priorities in the society and the economy based on knowledge, skills, abilities, as a prerequisite for the acquisition of appropriate competencies, which represents the path to the development of the education system in Montenegro.
As an administrative assistant at Racc Educo, I am responsible for providing support to both staff and participants of education courses. And in my current position as a local coordinator with the PROVER project, I focus on promoting awareness of innovation in agricultural practices. In Montenegro, a country with limited land resources, it’s imperative to strike a balance between land conservation and food self-sufficiency without relying too much in imports. Vertical farming emerges as a promising solution, offering year-round pesticide-free and efficient space utilization production capabilities.”
